Ribbon Cuttings and

Grand Opening Events

 

 

O’Reilly Auto Parts celebrated their grand opening with a ribbon cutting on July 28. The company is located at 405 Raleigh Road in Henderson and specializes in automotive parts and supplies. The Master’s Touch Hair Salon celebrated their grand opening with a ribbon cutting on July 27 at their location at 513 Yadkin Street in Henderson. The full service hair salon is operated by Leslie Hargrove and can be reached at 252-430-6010.

Thirty-One Gifts celebrated their new Chamber membership with a ribbon cutting on Friday, June 4. The company sells products that are exclusive to Thirty-One and provide style and convenience at an amazingly affordable price. They offer a key product line, a "direction" line for teens and a uniquely crafted "31kid" line for children and moms. Saint-Gobain Containers celebrated 50 years as a local Chamber Member, employer and community supporter at a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, May 27. The ceremony was followed by a luncheon at the plants location at 620 Facet Road.

The Teacher Store held a ribbon cutting on May 6 to celebrate moving to their new downtown location at 135 S. Garnett Street beside Interiors & Gifts, Too.  The company is a retail center for various educational materials and supplies and offers access to tutoring services as well.  The company is owned and operated by Angie Hopfer and can be reached at 252-436-0037.

Dataforge held a ribbon cutting on March 24 to celebrate the opening of their new offices at 217 South Garnett Street in Downtown Henderson. Community Workforce Solutions Thrift Shop held a ribbon cutting on February 25 to celebrate moving to their new location at the current INCO facility at 602 South Garnett Street in Downtown Henderson. Family Intervention & Prevention Services held a ribbon cutting on February 11 to celebrate the opening of their Henderson office. The business offers a comprehensive array of mental health services for children, adults and families including therapy, case management, day treatment for children and treatment of substance abuse. Kittrell Job Corps Center's Underground Cafe', located at 1096 U.S. 1 Hwy South, held a ribbon cutting on February 5 to celebrate the opening of their restaurant, the "Underground Cafe'" on Fridays to the general public.
